Jeanette......
'Jeanette' was brought to me recently after being rescued from a local garden as she was seen to be active during the daytime. The finder thought she looked underweight as she was busy scavenging for food. Jeanette is quite an old girl, probably emerged from hibernation, quite skinny with an overload of internal parasites and an appetite you would not believe. She put on 100gms in weight in 24 hours which is mad. Currently still receiving treatment while she eats me out of house and home! Will be returned to her garden once her treatment is complete.
March......
Little 'March' was rescued to prevent her being run over as she was in the middle of a busy road. She is quite underweight, most likely just come out of hibernation. Currently being treated for internal parasites, after a slow start she is now eating well and putting on weight.
