Shelley......

Little 'Shelley' was rescued by two lovely lads after she was seen in the road near the Shell garage.  She was very underweight, cold and dehydrated with severe diarrhoea.  Was put on a heat mat to get her warm and she was given sub cut fluids.  Thank you lads for taking the time to pick her up before she was run over.

UPDATE: Shelley recovered well and was released into a safe release garden on 29th May.

Grumpy......

First baby of the year in.  Meet 'Grumpy' - 70grams of pure attitude! He was icy cold and covered in flystrike on admission, now clear of fly eggs and toasty warm in an incubator.  He has taken a good feed but is so bad tempered this one that he half demolished the syringe in the process!  This one is a survivor.
